They are separate from, and do not replace, any signed project agreement, proposal, contract, or work order between you and Roof It Pros for roofing, gutter, or other construction services. If you’ve signed a contract with us, that document — not this page — governs the work we do on your property.

Actual project pricing depends on an in-person inspection, measurements, material selection, code requirements, and other job-specific factors, and will be provided in a written proposal or signed contract.

6. Service Contracts Are Separate

Actual services are only provided under a separately signed written agreement between Roof It Pros and the customer, which will govern scope of work, pricing, warranties, timelines, payment terms, and dispute resolution for that project. In the event of any conflict between this website and a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls.
