Is it really free? What's the catch?
Yes, really. No catch. We do free inspections because many people who see honest photos of their roof come back to us when they need work done. If you don't, you still keep the report.
How long does a roof inspection take?
About 90 minutes, start to finish. We arrive, meet you, inspect the roof and the attic where we can reach it, and go over everything with you.
Should I get my roof inspected after a storm?
It's a good idea. Hail bruises and lifted shingles are often hard to see from the ground. A dated photo report shows what your roof looks like now. We describe the roof; your insurer decides claims. Many policies set a time limit for reporting storm damage, so check yours or ask your agent.
Do I need to be home?
It helps, so we can walk you through what we find. But if you can't be there, we can inspect and send the link to your photo report. Just let us know when you book.
Will you try to sell me a new roof?
Only if you need one, and we'll show you the photos behind that answer. Many inspections end with a repair or "you're fine for now."
Can you check another roofer's quote?
Yes. Bring it. Sometimes it's right, and we'll say so.
I'm buying or selling a house. Can you help?
Yes. We're roofing contractors, not TREC-licensed home inspectors, so this isn't a TREC inspection and doesn't replace one. It's a contractor's look at the roof with photos, which buyers and sellers find useful alongside their home inspection.
