This was a fun project! This home has been through about 4 hail storms. The insurance sent out an inspector to come and look at the property. The time was scheduled for 9 a.m., but he inspector got there at 8:10 a.m. I received a text from the homeowner saying the inspector was there. I got there at 8:21 a.m. and the inspector was already telling the homeowner they were done and didn’t see any damage. I asked if he had walked all the way around the property and up on the roof and he said yes. I asked if he would hop up on the roof with me again. Low and behold there was hail damage and the roof needed completely replaced. We also noticed the rotted wood where the patio had been leaking. The homeowners decided to upgrade the patio cover and shingles and it looks amazing!
