Ms. Tran Lives in a neighborhood that got hit with very large hail. I knocked on her door and did a free roof inspection. After the inspection I had noticed damage to her roof, gutters, and window. I showed pictures to Ms. Tran and told her she could contact insurance and there would be enough damage that insurance should cover the items. The insurance adjustor came out and approved the work. We ended up doing a full roof replacement, fixing and painting the gutters, and replacing the broken glass on the window from the hail. We price matched what her insurance approved and Ms. Tran’s out of pocket was her deductible.
